Gustav Line (b. 1966) has extensive management experience with more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to SmartCraft, Gustav worked for ten years as the CEO of Compello AS. Before Compello, he worked 6 years for Microsoft Norway where he held leading positions as Director Business Solutions and Director Information Worker. He was also a member of the Governance team.
Gustav entered the software industry in 1994, working as General Manager for a company which is now part of Visma. In 1999 he joined Navision which was acquired by Microsoft in 2002.
Gustav holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Teachnology (UMIST) and a masters degree in International Banking and Financial Studies from Heriott-Watt University in Edinburgh.
After his studies in the UK he worked 2 years for a commercial bank in the City of London. Thus, he has passed the required “London Stock Exchange representative” exam.

Kjartan Bø (b. 1981) has for the last 16 years worked in financial management, consulting and accounting. His experience includes several industries among software, real estate and finance, and both international and listed companies. Kjartan has acted as lead consultant for several successful start-ups and M&A’s.
Kjartan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, with a major in Business development. Kjartan is also a certified accountant.

Christian Saleki (b. 1980) has wide ranging experience and knowledge about product development and building long-term software strategies that secures a continuous value creation for customers and markets. Prior to SmartCraft, Christian worked as CTO and CVO at OPEN helping the company to grow from 80 customers to 8000 over the course of 12 years by delivering software that is intuitive and well designed. During his time at OPEN, he has led a large R&D organization containing 65 people spanning over 4 countries.
Although software is his primary passion, Christian tries to read as many books as possible during his spare time. Main topics of interest includes leadership, scalable software and how to build high performing teams.
Christian holds a master degree in engineering from Chalmers University as well as a master degree in International Business from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. Since 2010, he is also a member of Mensa.

Hanna Konyi (b. 1968) has a long background within the software industry and more than 25 years of experience in business development and digitalization. Prior to Bygglet, Hanna worked for more than 20 years within the media industry, of which 10 years as CEO for a digital software company with focus on both expansion and industry transformation. She has also held several leading positions, such as Director of Digital Business Solution in one of the largest media groups in Sweden encompassing 55 newspapers, tabloids and magazines. She has held several assignments on various boards as both chairman and board member.
Hanna holds a Bachelor of System Science and Informatic from Gothenburg University and an Executive Master of Business Administration at Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law including international studies in China and India.

Bjørn Kristian Bentzen

Bjørn Kristian Bentzen (b. 1975) has worked in the software industry since 1998. ERP has always been the main focus throughout his career. Before taking on the challenge as the General Manager of Cordel he held the position as Sales Director for two years. Has been involved with Cordel through its partner Bransjedata AS since 2009.
Bjørn Kristian started his career as Key Account Manager and Teamlead in what is today Visma Software. He has participated in several startups such as Signicat and Bransjedata which was both sold to PE investors. He has also founded Saga Entreprenør Regnskap which is now a part of Saga Services.

Karl Strömberg (b. 1985) began his career at EL-Info in 2009 and took an early initiative to lead the development of the company’s products and create a clear vision that has now led to a modern SaaS platform, built for the future. In parallel with his role as development manager, Karl took up the honorary position as General Manager in August 2020.
Karl is a former elite athlete in team sports with a highly competitive instinct and a desire for everyone to work together as a team.

Before Congrid, Timo managed global weather system delivery and installation projects at Vaisala.

Otto Laurila (b. 1982) has great experience with SaaS solutions in the building and real estate industry. He has been working as an entrepreneur and founder with successful SaaS solutions. Otto’s previous job was founder and General Manager in one of the leading SaaS companies that offer real estate industry-specific work time monitoring systems.
Otto joined HomeRun in 2018 as a General Manager and made a significant investment in the company. Since Otto’s start, HomeRun has grown and made significant technology updates by renewing the whole HomeRun.net-solution. Otto’s experience and knowledge from the target industries bring great certainty to HomeRun’s sales, marketing and product development.
Otto is a native Swedish, but speaks also native Finnish and lives currently in Finland.

Christer Kleppestø (b. 1984) is the General Manager and one of the co-founders of Kvalitetskontroll. He has a background as a project manager from the construction industry. The years of experience out in the field has proven to be one of the key factors for success and development of the company.
This experience has also led to one of the visions for the company – which is to make things simple and have fun while doing it. This has been widely supported and appreciated by their customers, and is one of the main selling points when choosing Kvalitetskontroll.
Apart from being a handyman and leader, he is also a real sportsman, and is an active runner and contributor in the local community on his spare time.
